Imagine that you are going through waves of white water while sitting in a raft and enjoy the feeling of thrill and movement of ups and downs. You will be amazed to play with water as water creates great fun and excitement while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. You can plunge yourself in the water too.
Rafting along the Eorayeon Valley will allow you to forget all your worries and stresses and you’ll be able to enjoy the spectacular views of the Eorayeon Valley.
A beautiful and mysterious valley located 12 km up the Donggang River, Eorayeon Valley is renowned for its clean waters and for the many fish that inhabit it. Donggang River is one of the top three rafting places in Korea. Donggang River features breathtaking scenery comparable to Guilin in China.
This is going to be a great fun trip where you will be able to make new friends and have fun together. 8 -10 people navigate fast-flowing rivers and it is great fun.
The rafting will be about 3 hours. You shouldn’t have to worry if this is your first time as you will be given with a life jacket, helmet and professional instructor.
Beach on the East Coast – Naples of Korea (Beach healing, transparent Kayaking and snorkeling activities)
The beach on the East Coast has beautiful white sands and it boasts white sands. The beach we’re going to go is known as “the Naples of Korea”. You will be surprised when you get there. Jangho Beach on the East Coast is the place that will give you a surprise! This small paradise is Jangho Beach, located on the shores of Jangho village – a tiny fishing village on the East Sea Coast and this village was Korea’s most beautiful village in 2011.
Jangho beach not only provides very picturesque scenery with its jagged rocks rising out of the clear turquoise waters but it is a great place to experience marine activities. You can enjoy snorkeling and riding transparent kayaks.
Jangho Beach is a perfect place for a one day escape from the heat and crowd of Seoul city, as diving in the crystal blue waters will certainly feel quite amazing!
Gossi Cave is a limestone cave almost 6km long. This unique Cave has four lakes, three falls, stalactites, stalagmites and six plazas (open spaces) that have been formed over the past 400 million years. In addition, there are about twenty-four microorganisms that inhabit the cave. Spots where the Go family made fires can still be seen.
Seonam Village (선암마을) is a small town being famous for its land formation that is shaped like the Korean Peninsula, due to the river snaking around the village forming an outline in the shape of the peninsula. It is a popular place to enjoy rafting from the “East Coast” to the “West Coast” of the peninsula-like cliff formation, with Homigot (호미곶) in the south and Baekdusan Mountain in the North.
We’ll ride the raft to get to Cheongryeongpo, which is quite interesting place.
Cheongryeongpo is the place where King Danjong was exiled to when King Sejo took his throne. King Danjong was enthroned at the age of 12, but lost his throne to his uncle, King Sejo. He was exiled to Cheongryeongpo and stayed here for about two months.
Cheongryeongpo’s pine tree is about 30m in height and 6m in girth. It is a massive, 600-year-old tree. It has been designated as Natural Monument No. 349. If you go past this pine tree up the hills, you will arrive at Nosandae where Danjong stood to think about Hanyang.
Nearby, there is a limestone care at Jinbyeol-ri of Hadong-myeon.
